ABOUT ME

I am a native of Trinidad and Tobago and at present, the Educational/Instructional Designer at the Williams Centre for Learning Advancement at the University of Melbourne. My research interests focusses on the pedagogical usability of [online] learning environments – Understanding why elements and abilities used in the the design of an online learning environment work and how it can be improved and/or replicated based on context is my passion. To facilitate this interests I have pursued my interests by designing, training/facilitating, researching, evaluating and publishing in the field of online learning environments. I am also a former Fulbright and Organisation of American States Scholar as well as Project Management Professional and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
